(5) Take My Hand is a multisensory installation shaped by portals, light, sound, scent and textile structures. Rooted in my personal relationship with the Hamsa, the work draws from personal and shared symbols of protection, creating a threshold space as an environment for gentle movement, reflection and embodied experience. It invites visitors to enter a space where intimacy, imagination and collective presence quietly meet.
The work has been supported by a one-year multidisciplinary artists' grant by the Arts Promotion Centre TAIKE in 2025.

(5) Take My Hand’ Process:

During 2025, I developed the work through sustained studio production and iterative testing of structure, material language, sound, and scent. In parallel, I expanded the project through dialogical research, including interviews and small encounters exploring how people relate to symbols of protection across cultures, with tea as a method of listening and exchange. An open public moment of this research was the workshop “Symbols of protection” (10.12.2025, Vuotalo Cultural Centre), in collaboration with Catalysti and Vuotalo.
