“B o n e s” was an initiation rite, a form of mental resurrection, an act of magic, a powerful warning, but also simply a reminder of the multifaceted human condition. “B o n e s” is rooted in one of the symbol-laden rituals still passed down to us through tales, crossing arbitrary boundaries, eras, and geographical locations. However, the act becomes just as deeply personal, as it connects and partly reveals personal experiences of family, death, love, magic, trust, loyalty, and betrayal.

“B o n e s” performance features narration through voice and projection, live sound, organic materials and sand, creating a living installation from the remnants of the artistic act that stayed as part of LAPS' 20-year anniversary exhibition at ARTSI Museum.
